Brief: Design frames for the 29th Webby Awards promo using the 28th Annual Awards as inspiration.

Styleframes
The 28th Awards had a lot of repetition in different scale, gradients, and quick, dynamic movements. These designs utilise this along with the iconic five-word speeches the winners are allowed.
Animating
I picture these being quick and snappy. In and out, just like the five word speeches. The gradient and sweep reveal reflects the nature of the internet; Flowing from one thing to another.
Styleframes Round 1
I tried uniting all of the frames using a rule of: subject, text, Trophy, background element, background gradient, and photo. The end title was split because of all the information that we needed to present.
The initial vision for motion would be a horizontal movement leading into each other from left to right.
Styleframes Round 2
I returned to these a couple weeks later and pulled back a lot on the visuals.
I used only three things in this version to unite them. Subject, trophy, text, and gradient.
Styleframes Round 3
I then revised the designs to read better. Everything needed to be closer, more intimate while keeping the quotes, ideas, and gradients.
I ended up combining all of the final information because I was struggling with eye flow and presenting it in two.
